We believe technology should make your workday easier — not more complicated. So here's the honest version.

Does BrokerMate replace my TMS?
No — and it's not trying to. Your TMS stays the source of truth. BrokerMate writes to it exactly once, at load creation, using the import format your system already accepts — and never touches that load again. Everything after creation is read-only: status belongs to your TMS, not to us. That's a deliberate design choice rather than a gap. It means there's no second system to keep current, no way for two records to disagree about the same load, and nothing to unwind if you stop using us. You keep your TMS, your workflows, and your data.
Is BrokerMate replacing my operations staff?
Not at all. The best operations people solve problems, build relationships, and keep freight moving — no software does that. BrokerMate handles the repetitive work that pulls them away from those higher-value tasks: the typing, the chasing, the copy-pasting.
How does the human review step work?
Nothing enters your TMS or goes to a customer without your say-so. Extracted loads land on a review screen where your team confirms or corrects fields before export, and outbound messages follow templates you approve. You decide what runs automatically and what waits for a click.
What do I send where?
Load documents go to Upload: a tender, rate confirmation, or customer email, read into a load and handed back for review. Paperwork goes to the converter: PODs, BOLs, lumper slips, and other accessorial backup, returned as a printable packet. The split is not bureaucracy — only a load document carries the fields a load is built from, and a POD has none of them.
Will BrokerMate make mistakes?
Sometimes — any software does, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. That's why low-confidence fields get flagged on the review screen instead of silently guessed, so a person confirms them in seconds. The goal isn't to eliminate oversight; it's to eliminate hours of repetitive work while keeping your team in control.
What about my data and my customers' data?
Your documents and shipment data are used only to run your workspace — never sold and never used to serve other brokerages. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can request deletion at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is this difficult to set up?
No — the whole point is to make your workday simpler, not hand you another complicated system to manage. Early access onboarding starts with one forwarding rule and samples of your most common documents; most teams are processing their first loads within days, not months.
What does early access include?
Early access members get hands-on onboarding, direct input into the module roadmap, and locked-in launch pricing. In return we ask for feedback and, if things go well, a reference. No long-term contract required.
