The service

BrokerMate provides AI-powered operations software for freight brokerages and third-party logistics companies, including document data extraction, email categorization, shipment tracking communications, proof-of-delivery collection, and customer notifications.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Human review and your responsibility

BrokerMate is an assistive tool. Extracted data, automated messages, and alerts are provided to support your operations, and the service includes review controls for that purpose. You remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it for dispatch, billing, or customer commitments.

Your data

You retain ownership of documents and data you submit to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data in order to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Early access pricing and terms are as communicated during the early access program.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrokerMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms with notice where practicable.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
