Works with the tools you already use.
BrokerMate isn't asking you to replace anything. It's built to sit alongside your TMS, your inbox, and your load boards — reading what comes in, doing the repetitive work, and handing clean results to the systems you already run your brokerage on.
We're in active development with early access brokerages, and we're honest about status: some connections are being built now, and some are on the roadmap. If your system isn't listed, tell us — early access members directly shape the integration order.
TMS platforms
The goal for every TMS connection is the same: extracted, reviewed load data flows into your system without re-keying, and shipment status flows back out to drive tracking and updates.
| System | What the integration does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| McLeod | Push reviewed loads; sync shipment status | In development |
| Aljex | Push reviewed loads; sync shipment status | In development |
| Turvo | Push reviewed loads; sync shipment status | In development |
| Tai TMS | Push reviewed loads; sync shipment status | In development |
| Revenova | Push reviewed loads; sync shipment status | Planned |
| AscendTMS | Push reviewed loads; sync shipment status | Planned |
| Other / homegrown | Structured export (CSV/API) formatted for your import | Available at launch |
Email is where freight actually happens, so it's where BrokerMate starts. Connecting a shared inbox is the first step of onboarding — no migration, no new address, no behavior change for your customers or carriers.
| System | What the integration does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Gmail / Google Workspace | Watch shared inboxes; categorize mail; extract documents; send updates from your address | In development |
| Outlook / Microsoft 365 | Watch shared inboxes; categorize mail; extract documents; send updates from your address | In development |
Load boards
| System | What the integration does | Status |

| DAT | Post reviewed loads directly from extracted PDF or TMS data — lane, equipment, dates, and rate visibility mapped automatically | Roadmap |
| Truckstop | Post reviewed loads directly from extracted PDF or TMS data — lane, equipment, dates, and rate visibility mapped automatically | Roadmap |

Tell us what you run. Early access brokerages get direct input into which integrations we build next — and the structured export path means you can put BrokerMate to work on load entry, tracking, and PODs before a native TMS connection ships. Reach us at info@brokermateai.com or book a demo below.
